Our Service

The service we offer offers a 360-degree path, with the aim of enhancing the uniqueness and essence that distinguishes each of us.

The customer will be supported by professionals, on a journey towards achieving harmony and balance with themselves, in which they will learn to love and value themselves. This is why we decided to call our center: “Essence – love your uniqueness”, and represent in our logo, designed through the “Canva” platform, a lotus flower, symbol of rebirth, purity and beauty. In a single structure they will be able to find everything they need for 360-degree well-being.

How Does It Work?

An initial free consultation is carried out, by appointment, in which the customer will meet a member of the team and explain their needs. After a careful listening phase, together with the customer we will evaluate the possible paths to take for this journey and we will agree on a personalized plan that is similar to their requests and that responds to their needs, thus allowing the achievement of a balance between body and mind.

The Team

The team is made up of 5 experts: a personal trainer, a nutritionist, a dermatologist, a physiotherapist and a psychologist.

All these figures, although they work with the client individually, constantly collaborate with each other, comparing and sharing ideas and objectives; their aim is to allow the person to achieve physical and mental well-being, building a coherent and personalized path.
